About Kuva Seer
Kuva Seer is the Kuva variant of the Seer. Damage, critical chance and multiplier, status chance, fire rate and reload speed all go up, but ammo reserves drop significantly. It fires Corrosive projectiles that burst in a 2.3 meter radius on contact, with Puncture and Corrosive damage.
The initial hit and the explosion apply status separately. The explosion needs no direct line of sight. To obtain it you vanquish a Kuva Lich who spawned with it, then collect it from the foundry. Only a converted Lich with the weapon can be traded between players.
Kuva Seer was added with Update 26.0 (October 2019).
