About Rhino
Rhino is the classic tank: he trades speed for armor, uses Iron Skin to soak damage and stomps and charges to control crowds. He works as a team anchor or a sturdy solo frame.
The main blueprint is bought in the Market, and the Systems, Neuroptics and Chassis blueprints drop from Jackal on Fossa, Venus. A few runs of the assassination get you the full set.
