Reinforcing Stomp augments Rhino's Stomp: Iron Skin's health is replenished by 4% for each enemy affected, so a Stomp into a crowd can refill a good chunk of your protective barrier.
Reach General with Steel Meridian or Partner with The Perrin Sequence and pay 25,000 Standing. It suits tanky Rhino builds that stomp into groups to keep Iron Skin topped up.
