Garuda turns enemy blood into strength, using bloody talons and sacrificial abilities to hit hard and regain resources. Her passive scaling gives her extra energy at max rank, and her signature Nagantaka gains punch through.
Her main blueprint is the reward of the Vox Solaris quest, and the components drop from Orb Vallis bounties. Cephalon Simaris sells extra main blueprints for 50,000 standing.
