About Loki
Loki confuses enemies with decoys, disarms them with a radial pulse and slips away in invisibility. He is one of the fastest sprinters in the game and bypasses many enemy defenses with his control tools.
The main blueprint is bought in the Market, and the component blueprints drop from the Hyena Pack assassination on Psamathe, Neptune. It is a quick farm and a classic early-game stealth choice.
Loki was added with Vanilla (October 2012).
