About Harrow
Harrow is a dark priest who shares power with his team, granting critical chance and converting health into protection. His signature Knell gets an extra round in the magazine, and his passive doubles overshield capacity.
The main blueprint is the reward of the Chains of Harrow quest. Components drop from Void Fissure enemies, Spy vaults on Pago, Defection missions, and Kuva Survival on Taveuni; Cephalon Simaris also sells extra main blueprints.
Harrow was added with Update 21.0 (June 2017).
