About Harrow Prime
Harrow Prime raises shields from 455 to 640 at rank 30 and energy from 100 to 140, and gets another polarity. His critical-chance support and overshield play are unchanged, so he fits anyone who prefers Harrow with more buffer.
He was released alongside Knell Prime and Scourge Prime. All parts come from Void Relics; using Knell with him adds a bullet to its magazine.
Harrow Prime was added with Update 31.0 (December 2021).
Harrow Prime is currently in the Prime Vault.
