About Wisp
Wisp places Reservoirs that grant healing, haste and other buffs to allies, and she can sever her soul to escape death. Her signature Fulmin switches alternate fire modes twice as fast.
All her blueprints, main and components, drop from the Ropalolyst assassination on The Ropalolyst, Jupiter. Each kill gives a good chance at a part, so a handful of runs will complete her.
Wisp was added with Update 25.0 (May 2019).
