Everything the Foundry needs for Tenet Diplos: the main blueprint, each part with its own blueprint, and the total cost.

Tenet Diplos are unique Tenet akimbo pistols with fully automatic fire, mostly Impact damage, and an aimed mode that locks on to up to eight enemies within 60 meters and fires two seeking projectiles per target. They can also reload while holstered.
Aiming toggles the lock-on mode, which makes them very good at clearing scattered enemies. You get them by vanquishing a Sister of Parvos who spawned with them, and they appear in your foundry afterwards. Only a converted Sister can be traded.
Tenet Diplos was added with Update 30.5 (July 2021).
Requires Mastery Rank 16.
Facts based on the Warframe Wiki (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0)
Tenet Diplos are claimed by vanquishing a Sister of Parvos generated with them. Trade works only via a converted Sister in a Crimson Branch dojo room.
Tenet Diplos costs 10,000 credits in total and takes 1 min in the Foundry with the parts built in parallel.
