Eleanor of The Hex sells it in the Höllvania Central Mall for 10 Live Heartcells, which you get by vanquishing a Technocyte Coda. Every offer comes with a random progenitor bonus damage type. Check the progenitor bonus before buying, since it decides how well the weapon fits your damage setup.
Coda Caustacyst was added with Update 38.5 (March 2025).
