Each arrow spawns a swarm of sticky appendages on impact. These tongue-like probes latch onto nearby unfortunates and drag them close before bursting into a mess of diseased goo.

Proboscis Cernos is an enhanced Mutalist Cernos. Its arrows release appendages on impact that stun and drag every enemy within nine meters toward the impact zone, ticking damage twice before a final explosion. Damage is mainly Viral and Slash.
Each tick and the final blast can deal damage and proc status separately, and the tendrils do not need line of sight, though they cannot pull enemies through walls. It is a strong crowd-control bow for groups. The blueprint is in the Market and crafting requires a Mutalist Cernos.
Proboscis Cernos was added with Update 29.5 (November 2020).
Requires Mastery Rank 15.
