Cernos Prime fires three arrows per shot in a horizontal spread, with an alternate fire to shoot vertically and 50% bonus damage on headshots. Charged shots gain 1 meter of innate punch through.
The wiki lists it as permanently unvaulted: relics can be obtained from Abandoned Derelict Caches in Corpus Railjack missions. It was released with Valkyr Prime and Venka Prime.
Cernos Prime was added with Hotfix 19.0.7 (November 2016).

Cernos Prime's parts come from Void Relics, which can be obtained from Abandoned Derelict Caches in Corpus Railjack missions. The parts of Cernos Prime drop from these Void Relics: Axi A3, Axi B1, Axi C1, Axi C2, Axi H3, Axi K2, Axi K3, Axi N4 ….
Cernos Prime costs 15,000 credits in total and takes 12 hr in the Foundry with the parts built in parallel.
