Rakta Cernos is a modified Cernos available only from the Red Veil. It has the quickest charge time of any bow, higher base damage and an innate Blight effect, in exchange for slightly lower critical and status chance. Damage is mostly Impact.
Its uncharged shot has a respectable crit chance and a very large ammo pool, so you can play it as a rapid pot-shot bow as well as a charger. The bow is a Syndicate purchase for 125,000 Standing at Exalted rank, and you need Mastery Rank 12 to buy or receive it.
Rakta Cernos was added with Update 17.3 (September 2015).
Requires Mastery Rank 12.
Rakta Cernos is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
