Mutalist Cernos trades crit for a big boost in status chance, and its arrows leave Toxin spore clouds that deal lingering damage over 2.5 meters. Spore clouds can apply a Toxin proc each second for ten seconds.
The blueprint is sold in the Market for Credits, but crafting needs a Cernos. It cannot use Cernos Riven mods, and it is itself an ingredient for the Proboscis Cernos.
