Volt Prime raises armor from 105 to 135 and energy from 100 to 200 at base, 300 at rank 30, and starts missions with 125 energy. He also gets an extra polarity, which suits speed-and-shock builds.
He was released alongside Odonata Prime. His parts drop from Void Relics, and some of those relics are exclusive to Baro Ki'Teer's offers. If you play Volt for his team speed buff, the energy pool is a clear gain.
Volt Prime was added with Update 16.1 (March 2015).
Volt Prime is currently in the Prime Vault.
