Transistor Shield is a Warframe augment mod for Volt's Electric Shield, introduced in Update 20.7. Allies can pick up and move the shield, and a share of the absorbed damage, 300% at max rank, feeds into Volt's Static Discharge passive. The amount scales with Ability Strength.
You can buy it for 25,000 standing from the Arbiters of Hexis at rank Maxim or from the Red Veil at rank Exalted. It cannot be transmuted. It suits Volt players who want to use the shield actively as a mobile barrier and build up passive damage at the same time.
Transistor Shield was added with Update 20.7 (June 2017).
Transistor Shield is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
