Lato Vandal is the Vandal variant of the Lato with improved damage, accuracy and rate of fire. It deals mostly Slash damage, has a high crit chance of 26 percent and very high ammo pickup.
It was originally given to everyone who logged in during the Closed Beta when the game moved to Open Beta, then became unobtainable until Update 22.18 added it as a reward in Elite Sanctuary Onslaught. All parts are tradable, and the blueprint needs Mastery Rank 7.
Lato Vandal was added with Update 7.0 (March 2013).

Lato Vandal parts are a reward in Elite Sanctuary Onslaught. It was originally an Open Beta transition gift, and all parts can be traded to players at Mastery Rank 7 or higher.
Lato Vandal costs 25,000 credits in total and takes 12 hr in the Foundry with the parts built in parallel.
