Hikou Prime is the Primed variant of the Hikou throwing stars, with higher damage, status chance, magazine and faster reload, at some cost to fire rate. It deals mostly Puncture damage and has two innate polarities.
Unlike most Prime gear it is permanently unvaulted, so its relics can be found in Abandoned Derelict Caches during Corpus Railjack missions. It debuted with Nyx Prime and Scindo Prime. Remember to adjust your aim vertically and horizontally for moving targets.
Hikou Prime was added with Update 14.8 (September 2014).

Hikou Prime parts come from Void Relics, which can be found in Abandoned Derelict Caches during Corpus Railjack missions because it is permanently unvaulted. The parts of Hikou Prime drop from these Void Relics: Axi K1, Axi S3, Axi S8, Axi V10, Axi V2, Lith C7, Lith F2, Lith S1 ….
Hikou Prime costs 15,000 credits in total and takes 12 hr in the Foundry with the parts built in parallel. Resources: 8 Orokin Cell.
