About Hikou
Hikou are a set of shurikens with lower base damage than the Kunai and Despair, but a higher fire rate and magazine. They deal mostly Puncture damage, have two polarity slots and an arrow-like arc that can make them hard to aim.
The high fire rate and ammo capacity work well with Concealed Explosives. They are about half the damage for twice the fire rate compared with the Kunai. Hikou is also a crafting ingredient and the blueprint is a straightforward Market purchase.
Hikou was added with Update 9.0 (July 2013).
