Strun is the powerful successor of the Mk1-Strun, a shotgun that can kill most light enemies in one shot. It fires twelve pellets per shot, mostly Impact damage, and has decent status chance.
Reloading happens one shell at a time and can be interrupted, so you can top up between fights, but a full empty-magazine reload takes about four seconds and gets longer with magazine mods. A built Strun costs 25,000 Credits in the Market.
Strun was added with Vanilla (October 2012).
