Scourge Prime is the Primed variant of the Scourge speargun. It fires automatic Corrosive plasma projectiles that explode in a small radius, and the alternate fire throws the weapon as a Bullet Attractor. Against the base version it gains damage, crit chance, crit multiplier and reload speed.
It arrived alongside Harrow Prime and Knell Prime. Parts are in Void Relics that sit in the Prime Vault now, so Prime Resurgence or the trade chat are the way in. Note that the wiki lists no signature bonus with Harrow yet, so it is a strong gun for any Warframe.
Scourge Prime was added with Update 31.0 (December 2021).

Scourge Prime drops as blueprint, barrel, blade and handle from Void Relics. Those relics are vaulted at the moment, so look for them through Prime Resurgence or from other players. The parts of Scourge Prime drop from these Void Relics: Axi A16, Axi K11, Axi S10, Axi S11, Axi S12, Axi S14, Axi S15, Axi S9 ….
Scourge Prime costs 15,000 credits in total and takes 12 hr in the Foundry with the parts built in parallel. Resources: 10 Orokin Cell.
