Scourge is Harrow's signature speargun. It fires fully automatic plasma projectiles of Corrosive damage that explode on contact in a small radius, with the hit and explosion applying status separately. The alternate fire throws the weapon itself to create a Bullet Attractor field.
The explosion does not need direct line of sight, so it works well on cover-hugging groups. The wiki notes that it has no signature bonus with Harrow yet. You need to research the blueprint in a clan dojo's Tenno Lab, after finishing Tonbo.
Scourge was added with Update 21.0 (June 2017).

Scourge costs 15,000 credits in total and takes 12 hr in the Foundry with the parts built in parallel. Resources: 2,500 Circuits, 2,500 Polymer Bundle, 350 Oxium, 2 Nitain Extract.
