Braton is the classic starter rifle with balanced damage, fire rate and accuracy, mainly Slash by a small margin. It has low recoil, a magazine of 45 and very high ammo pickup, and works against any enemy.
A fully built Braton costs 25,000 Credits in the Market. Ammo can run low in long fights, so alternate with your sidearm or melee weapon, and consider an ammo mutation mod.
Braton was added with Vanilla (October 2012).
