Everything the Foundry needs for Twin Rogga: the main blueprint, each part with its own blueprint, and the total cost.

Twin Rogga are dual Grineer shotgun pistols and the sidearm of the Kuva Guardian. They deal heavy damage with low spread and very high status chance, mostly Puncture, but are hampered by a low magazine and heavy damage falloff. They have the second highest base damage among shotgun secondaries.
Quickdraw with Stunning Speed shortens the frequent reloads, and Slip Magazine helps too. The blueprint is on sale in the Market for Credits, so there is no boss to hunt.
Twin Rogga was added with Update 19.0 (November 2016).
Requires Mastery Rank 9.
