Everything the Foundry needs for Spectra: the main blueprint, each part with its own blueprint, and the total cost.

Spectra is a Corpus handheld cutting laser, effectively a sidearm version of the Flux Rifle. It deals mostly Slash damage, ramping from 25 to 100 percent over 0.6 seconds of firing and decaying again after the beam stops.
Multishot mods such as Barrel Diffusion are essential for maximum output, as with the Flux Rifle, and Lethal Torrent helps too. The weapon sells for 5,000 Credits. The blueprint is researched in the Energy Lab of a clan dojo.
Spectra was added with Update 9.0 (July 2013).
Requires Mastery Rank 4.
