Magnus Prime is the Primed variant of the Magnus heavy pistol with better critical chance, critical multiplier and status chance and slightly faster reload. Its shots can briefly grant 100 percent ammo efficiency when hits or status procs land. Damage is mostly Impact.
It was released with Nidus Prime and Strun Prime, and it is an ingredient for Akmagnus Prime. Every multishot hit or damage-over-time tick can roll that ammo effect. The parts come from vaulted Void Relics, so Prime Resurgence or trading is the route.
Magnus Prime was added with Update 30.7 (September 2021).
Requires Mastery Rank 14.
Magnus Prime is currently in the Prime Vault.
