About Gammacor
Gammacor is a Cephalon-designed wrist-mounted laser dealing Magnetic damage, which makes it ideal against the Corpus. It is pinpoint accurate and relatively quiet, but its short range means you have to close the distance. Damage ramps from 25 to 100 percent over 0.6 seconds.
The beam takes roughly half a second to reach full range. It also serves as a crafting ingredient for the Heliocor. The blueprint can be bought in the Market, and completing the Uranus to Neptune Junction rewards it as well.
Gammacor was added with Update 15.5 (November 2014).
Requires Mastery Rank 2.
