Euphona Prime is Banshee Prime's signature standalone Prime shotgun sidearm with two firing modes. The primary fire shoots a long-range slug of mostly Impact damage with the highest base damage of any non-shotgun secondary, while the alt-fire shoots wider Slash-heavy spread shots for close fights.
Extreme damage per shot is kept in check by a low magazine and slow fire rate. The wiki lists no signature bonus with Banshee Prime. The blueprint and parts drop from Void Relics that are vaulted, so Prime Resurgence or trading are your options.
Euphona Prime was added with Hotfix 19.11.5 (February 2017).
