Everything the Foundry needs for Dual Cestra: the main blueprint, each part with its own blueprint, and the total cost.

Dual Cestra is the dual-wield variant of the Cestra, a rapid-fire Corpus sidearm. It fires even faster with no spool-up, has a larger magazine and ammo capacity, but reloads slower and is less accurate. Damage is mostly Puncture, and it has an innate polarity.
Recoil is high, so Steady Hands is recommended. The weapon sells for 5,000 Credits. You research the blueprint in the Energy Lab of a clan dojo, and two finished Cestra are consumed in the build, so craft those first.
Dual Cestra was added with Update 12.0 (February 2014).
Requires Mastery Rank 7.
