Brakk is a small-scale shotgun sidearm with high damage and a good reload rate, but high recoil and a low magazine. It fires ten pellets, is very ammo efficient and has two innate polarities. Damage is mostly Impact.
The weapon began as a reward for supporting the Grineer in The Gradivus Dilemma, and the Corpus side got a compensation blueprint. Today blueprint and components drop from The Grustrag Three, except during A Man of Few Words or The Pyrus Project, and none of them can be traded.
Brakk was added with Update 10.6 (October 2013).

Brakk's blueprint and components are a reward for defeating The Grustrag Three, outside the quests A Man of Few Words and The Pyrus Project. It was an original Gradivus Dilemma event reward and parts are not tradable.
Brakk costs 15,000 credits in total and takes 12 hr in the Foundry with the parts built in parallel. Resources: 10 Orokin Cell.
