Akarius Prime is the Primed counterpart of the Akarius dual burst launchers. Damage, crit chance and multiplier, status chance, explosion radius (7.8 meters), reload speed and ammo all rise, while fire rate and magazine size drop a little. Rockets still home in on enemies within a 15 degree cone.
It came with Gauss Prime. Sprint reload still gives a big bonus and doubles for Gauss and Gauss Prime. The parts come from Void Relics in the Prime Vault, which leaves Prime Resurgence and trading as the options.
