Vectis is a high-powered, single-shot, breech-loading sniper rifle with a bolt-action feel. It has far less zoom than other snipers, so it fits medium-range fights better, and deals mostly Impact damage with two zoom levels that add headshot bonuses of 30 and 50 percent.
Unlike the Lanka or Vulkar, it can be reloaded while zoomed in, which helps keep a sniping rhythm. Zoom is not cancelled on reload. The blueprint is a simple Market buy in Credits, making Vectis a comfortable first sniper to get.
Vectis was added with Update 10.6 (October 2013).
