Tonkor is a Grineer grenade launcher that fires concussion grenades. They only explode after travelling 7.5 meters and have heavy arcing and travel time, while crit chance and multiplier are high. A grenade that hits an enemy without detonating deals much less damage.
Reloading manually right after firing skips the delay before the reload starts and speeds up the cycle slightly. Mostly Blast damage makes it a decent crowd tool. The blueprint is sold in the Market, so you can start building it with common resources.
Tonkor was added with Update 16.4 (April 2015).
