Tiberon Prime is the select-fire Prime version of the Tiberon with overall higher stats. Its alternate fire cycles through three firing modes: a balanced three-round burst, a semi-automatic mode with higher critical chance and multiplier, and a third mode. Damage is mostly Puncture, only slightly ahead.
It can still use Critical Precision and the Conclave-only Measured Burst. That flexibility lets you pick burst for accuracy or semi-auto for crits mid-fight. The parts come from Void Relics that are now vaulted, so Prime Resurgence or trading is the route.
Tiberon Prime was added with Hotfix 22.16.4 (March 2018).

Tiberon Prime's blueprint and parts drop from Void Relics, which are all vaulted. Look for them via Prime Resurgence with Varzia or trade for parts. The parts of Tiberon Prime drop from these Void Relics: Axi D1, Axi G5, Axi K3, Axi L2, Axi O2, Axi O4, Axi P2, Lith A3 ….
Tiberon Prime costs 15,000 credits in total and takes 12 hr in the Foundry with the parts built in parallel. Resources: 10 Orokin Cell.
