Quanta Vandal is the Vandal version of the Quanta mining laser. It keeps the twin-beam Electricity primary fire and the Blast alternate fire, and was originally a reward for reaching at least 1,500 points in Operation False Profit, including a weapon slot and Orokin Catalyst.
As with the Quanta, Electricity is added last when elements combine. Today you can pick it up from Baro Ki'Teer for Ducats and Credits whenever it is in his stock, or trade for an unranked copy, where the recipient needs at least Mastery Rank 10.
Quanta Vandal was added with Update 16.4 (April 2015).

Quanta Vandal is now sold by Baro Ki'Teer in the Tenno Relay for Ducats and Credits when in stock. It was originally awarded in Operation False Profit, and unranked copies can be traded.
