About Mutalist Quanta
Mutalist Quanta fires automatic bullets of mostly Puncture instead of the Quanta's beam. Its alt fire releases an orb that lasts nine seconds and strengthens bullets passing through it before exploding with Radiation and Toxin.
Its blueprint is researched in the Bio Lab of a clan Dojo after the Embolist. The rotating barrels can block vision while firing, and stacking orbs requires buff timing.
Mutalist Quanta was added with Update 13.8 (June 2014).
