About Fulmin
Fulmin fires silent close-range Electricity pulses with a guaranteed Impact proc, like the Arca Plasmor, and alternate fire switches it to a fast automatic lightning stream. Ammo regenerates, so it needs no pickups.
The blueprint is sold in the Market for Credits. When Wisp wields it, the mode-switching animation drops to 0.5 seconds, making the hybrid playstyle much smoother.
Fulmin was added with Update 25.0 (May 2019).
Requires Mastery Rank 8.
