1. Service

NoxFrame is a free fan project offering a database, a build planner and community builds for the game Warframe. There is no entitlement to any particular availability or feature. All values and calculations are provided without warranty.

2. Account

Some features require signing in with Discord. One account per person is allowed. Your display name must not infringe the rights of others and must not be offensive, discriminatory or misleading (e.g. no impersonation of Digital Extremes staff).

3. Published builds

You remain the author of your builds. By publishing a build, you allow us to display it on NoxFrame with its title, description and your display name and to let other users copy it into the builder. You can unpublish or delete your builds at any time. We may remove content that violates the law or these terms.

4. Conduct

In particular, manipulating votes (e.g. with multiple accounts), automated mass requests, attacks on our systems and posting unlawful content are not allowed. In case of violations we may remove content and suspend accounts.

5. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, as the service is free of charge.

6. Trademarks

NoxFrame is not affiliated with Digital Extremes Ltd. Warframe and all related names, images and logos are trademarks or property of Digital Extremes Ltd.

7. Termination and changes

You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. We may discontinue the service in whole or in part. We will announce changes to these terms on the website.

8. Governing law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
