Vulcan Blitz is a mod exclusive to the Jat Kittag, introduced in Update 18.10. Enemies killed by the weapon explode, dealing a flat amount of Blast damage plus a percentage of the enemy's max health in an area, 300 damage and 60% health in a 6 meter radius at max rank.
The mod was part of the Dog Days event offers and also drops from the enemies listed on this page. It cannot be transmuted. The explosion has a linear falloff from the center, needs line of sight and is affected by faction damage. It suits Jat Kittag builds that crush crowds of weaker enemies.
Vulcan Blitz was added with Update 18.10 (April 2016).
