The surrounding daggers continuously rotate around him for up to 25 seconds at max rank, slashing nearby foes with 1,000 Blast damage and a guaranteed Blast status on each hit. The daggers are not consumed upon hitting.
You can buy it for 25,000 standing from Steel Meridian at rank General or from New Loka at rank Flawless. It cannot be transmuted. It turns Recompense into a short spinning shield of daggers, a good fit for Kullervo builds that fight surrounded by enemies in close quarters.
