Viral Tempest

Viral Tempest makes every projectile of Hydroid's Tempest Barrage roll for a Viral status effect, up to a 100% chance at max rank. With enough Ability Strength the chance goes past 100%, so single hits can apply more than one Viral stack.

The barrage keeps its guaranteed Corrosive proc as well, which stacks nicely with the Viral damage boost. Cephalon Suda sells it at rank Genius and New Loka at Flawless for 25,000 standing, and it also rotates through The Circuit.

Viral Tempest was added with Update 19.2 (December 2016).

Viral Tempest is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
