Vile Precision is a rare Corrupted mod for primary weapons from Update 10.3 that can be used in the Exilus slot. It reduces recoil by 15% per rank, -90% at rank 5, and fire rate by 6% per rank, -36% at max. It stacks with Stabilizer and Gun Glide for a combined recoil reduction beyond the usual cap.
It drops from the enemies listed on this page and cannot be transmuted. The fire rate penalty is a real cost, so it suits precision or high-damage rifles where the loss in speed matters less than rock-steady aim, for example when firing at long range.
Vile Precision was added with Update 10.3 (October 2013).
