Vigilante Vigor is a common set mod for Warframes from Update 22.0. It increases shield recharge rate by 60% at rank 5 and reduces the recharge delay, which is capped at -80% overall. It stacks with Fast Deflection and Fortitude for a total of +250% shield recharge rate.
It drops from enemies as listed on this page and cannot be transmuted. It also counts toward the Vigilante set bonus. Pair it with shield-focused Warframes that regularly break line of sight, because quick recovery between engagements makes the mod shine.
Vigilante Vigor was added with Update 22.0 (October 2017).
