Twirling Spire is a rare stance mod for polearms, introduced in Update 22.0. It combines sweeping attacks with precise strikes, which lets you control groups with wide arcs and still hit single targets accurately.
The mod drops from the enemies shown on this page and can also be created through transmutation. As with all stances, it only works with its matching weapon type and costs less with a matching polarity. Consider it if you already enjoy polearms and want a more versatile combo style.
Twirling Spire was added with Update 22.0 (October 2017).
