Tether Grenades is a rare Exilus Index mod for the Penta, Secura Penta and Carmine Penta from Update 18.5. Grenades stick to level geometry and pull nearby enemies toward them, up to five enemies from 9 meters at max rank. They also stop bouncing off enemies.
The mod drops from the enemies listed on this page and cannot be transmuted. Because the grenades no longer touch enemy bodies, contact damage drops to zero. It suits Penta builds that want to gather groups for follow-up explosions rather than rely on direct hits.
Tether Grenades was added with Update 18.5 (March 2016).
