Enemy health at the time a Nervos attaches is stored and converted into an Electricity burst when the target is killed, with a radius up to 8 meters at max rank that scales with Ability Range.
You can buy it for 25,000 standing from Cephalon Suda at rank Genius or from The Perrin Sequence at rank Partner. It cannot be transmuted. It suits Vauban builds that tag tough enemies with Nervos and then kill them to chain damage onto the crowd around them.
Tesla Bank was added with Update 26.0 (October 2019).
