Target Acquired is a rare primary mod for sniper rifles from Update 22.0. It raises the headshot multiplier by up to 60% at rank 5, and the bonus stacks additively with other headshot sources such as Primary Deadhead and scope bonuses on certain snipers.
The mod drops from the enemies listed on this page and cannot be transmuted. It belongs in precision-focused sniper builds, where nearly every shot lands on the head. If you often miss headshots or play with a fast-firing sniper, a general damage mod may serve you better.
Target Acquired was added with Update 22.0 (October 2017).
