Tainted Clip is a rare Corrupted mod for pistols from Update 10.3. It increases magazine capacity by 10% per rank, reaching +60% at rank 6, while reducing reload speed. Non-integer magazine sizes are simply rounded to the nearest whole number.
The mod drops from enemies as listed in the table on this page and cannot be transmuted. It suits pistols with small magazines that you want to fire longer between reloads, such as the Angstrum. Keep the reload penalty in mind if the weapon already reloads slowly.
Tainted Clip was added with Update 10.3 (October 2013).
Tainted Clip is tradable, see the current prices in the market box above.
