Tactical Pump is an uncommon mod for primary shotguns that increases reload speed by up to 60% at rank 5. Reload time is the base time divided by one plus the bonus, so even a modest weapon like the Tigris feels noticeably snappier with it.
It has been available since the start of the game, drops from the enemies listed on this page and can be created through transmutation. A Flawed version exists too. Use it on shotguns with long reloads or small magazines, where you spend a lot of time refilling the chamber.
Tactical Pump was added with Vanilla (October 2012).
