Synth Deconstruct is a rare companion set mod from Update 24.0. Enemies damaged by your companion have a chance of dropping a Health Orb on death, 25% at max rank, and it also triggers on damage dealt to shields, but not from clones created via Duplex Bond.
It drops from the enemies listed on this page and cannot be transmuted. Pair it with the rest of the Synth set for the set bonus and use a companion that fights actively. It works well with Synth Fiber, since more Health Orbs mean more chances to boost companion armor.
Synth Deconstruct was added with Update 24.0 (November 2018).
